When will I receive my order?

Usually, orders ship out within 24-48 hours upon placement. The time frame will depend on your location and the shipping service you requested.

Does Rainbow Symphony ship worldwide?

Yes, we can! If your country is not available through checkout, please contact us so we can help you with your shipment.

Why does my tracking still say pre-shipment? Have you not actually shipped my package?

Your package is on its way! Please read what “pre-shipment” means below:

If you have a pre-shipment notice on your tracking, this is because the post office didn’t scan the package once it was delivered in their hands. Because of this, tracking will not populate. 

We can guarantee that once you’ve received the shipping confirmation, the package is in transit to you. However, please allow for a 7-15 business day window for packages to arrive before contacting us about your concerns.

International delivery can take up to 12 weeks during this time.

We ask that you return your item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of ordering your product. The product must be in unused condition.

Fireworks Glasses

What is the difference between rainbow glasses, fireworks glasses, and diffraction grating glasses?

None! People know these glasses by different names. We use all of these names so you can find us as easily as possible! 

Can I look at the sun with rainbow glasses?

NO! You can look at different points of light, but do NOT look at the sun with our rainbow glasses! If you are looking to solar view, try our eclipse glasses, instead! 

Rainbow Decals, Window Films, & Suncatchers

Are Rainbow Symphony decals and window stickers reusable? Will they leave any residue?

Yes, they’re removable. If there’s any residue left over on the window, please use basic rubbing alcohol to take it off. The decal acts similarly to a standard sticker, so reuse is not guaranteed. However, many of our customers have had great luck!

Can I cut up the window film?

YES! We encourage you to cut the film into shapes and designs.

How do I get the absolute best rainbows with suncatchers?

Where is the best place to put a window decal?

For normal window decals, simply place them anywhere that looks amazing! If you’re putting a decal on a car window, make sure it won’t obstruct your vision.

For suncatcher decals, we recommend placing them in the sunniest window, ideally facing east, west, or south.

  • East-facing windows produce the strongest rainbows in the morning
  • West-facing windows produce the strongest rainbows in the afternoon.
  • South-facing windows offer a balance of rainbows throughout the day.

How long do window decals last?

Our window decals are high-quality and will never fade. And because we use a strong, permanent adhesive, they should stay put for many, many years to come.

Fireworks/Diffraction Glasses

What do diffraction glasses do?

Rainbow glasses with diffraction lenses bend and split light into its separate component colors, allowing us to see each wavelength individually.

Are diffraction glasses safe to wear during fireworks and laser shows?

Yes, they’re perfect for enhancing New Year’s and 4th of July fireworks shows. They’re also amazing for laser shows. Just make sure you don’t view laser beams directly.

Can I use fireworks glasses indoors?

Yes, fireworks glasses are so much fun indoors, too. They’ll transform your home into a magical rainbow wonderland!

Do diffraction glasses work on all types of lights?

Diffraction glasses work best with point light sources, like fireworks, LEDs, stage lighting, and headlights. While they may still work with diffuse or ambient lighting, the rainbows may not be as prominent.

What’s the difference between eclipse glasses and diffraction glasses?

They’re very different types of lenses and are NOT interchangeable. Eclipse glasses are for blocking 99.999% of sunlight and harmful UV/IR radiation so you can watch celestial events safely. Diffraction glasses are for turning light into rainbows. NEVER use diffraction glasses to view the sun.

Can I reuse diffraction glasses?

You sure can! We recommend buying plastic diffraction glasses for long-term use.

Are fireworks glasses safe for children?

Yes, kids love using our fireworks glasses! They’re perfect for classrooms and home use.

Can I wear fireworks glasses over my prescription eyeglasses?

Yes, our fireworks glasses can be worn over most standard prescription glasses.

Are Rainbow Symphony Eclipse Shades® safe to look at the sun?

Yes! There are safe ways to look at the sun. You should never look at the sun without special eye protection. Rainbow Symphony offers a full range of certified solar eclipse glasses.

Are Rainbow Symphony glasses certified?

Yes. Our Eclipse Shades® meet the transmission requirements of scale 12-16 of EN 169/1992, are "CE" Certified, and meet the standard for ISO 12312-2:2015. Trusted by the AAS and NASA, our solar glasses also meet the 2012 Transmission Requirements of EN 1836:2005 and AS/NZS 1338.1:1992 for eclipse filters (Queensland Directive).

Can Rainbow Symphony eclipse glasses be used with my camera or binoculars?

No. Eclipse glasses should not be used with any other optical appliances, such as cameras, telescopes, or binoculars. We do have our line of solar filters designed specifically for this application.

Can I reuse my eclipse glasses?

Yes, eclipse glasses are reusable. Examine the lenses for any tears, scratches, or any defects or wear. Make sure there are no light leaks between the lenses and the frame.
