Can you help with designing and customizing the artwork?
Yes! We’re happy to help refine your glasses frame design. If you need full design support from start to finish, just let us know, and we can provide a custom quote.
We can also assist with your decoder artwork. Our graphic design team can convert your message or illustration into decoder-ready artwork and prepare it for whatever format you have in mind: postcards, printed inserts, packaging, or any other custom piece.Â
You’ll receive a high-resolution, print-ready file that’s ready to hand off to your printer or include in your project.
What is the minimum order quantity?
500 pieces is the minimum quantity to create custom decoder glasses.
What is the production lead time?
7-10 business days upon approval of the digital proof and invoice deposit. Production time is subject to change depending on the production schedule and quantities ordered. This does not include transit time.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We prefer high-resolution Illustrator or layered Photoshop files.
Feel free to download our glasses template to start mocking up your design.
Do you print on both front and back?
Yes! Standard print is front only, but backside printing is available at an added cost.
Can I order a sample before placing a large order?
We provide digital samples for you to review of your own artwork, but if you'd like to see the quality of the Decoder hidden message glasses in person, we have plenty of sample packs we can send your way for free!
How do I submit my custom design?
You can submit your request through our inquiry form! If you’d like to use our downloadable template to design your custom decoder glasses, you can submit that once our custom project managers get in touch!
