Can I use my solar eclipse glasses with binoculars or telescopes?

No, solar eclipse glasses are only designed to be used with eyes, not magnification devices or cameras. You can use these clip-on eclipse glasses with prescription glasses, but if you wish to view the eclipse through anything else, you’ll need solar filters.

How can I be certain that my eclipse glasses are safe to use?
