Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Instructions:
- Login to your account using the email you placed the order with by visiting the link, HERE
- Once you're logged in, follow the return instructions. Choose the order number you'd like to return or exchange.
- Choose the items you'd like to return or exchange. If you'd like to exchange the item, please choose your reason as "other" and leave us a note with what items you'd like to exchange for.
- Submit your return or exchange.Â
From there, we will review your request for approval. If we see any issues with the return or need more information, we'll be sure to reach out!Â
NOTE: We charge a 10% restocking fee on returns. We do not refund shipping fees.Â

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund on the item will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not refund original shipping fees.Â
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please allow up to 2 weeks for a refund to show. If the refund has not come through after 2 weeks, please reach out to us, we'll take a look into this further.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please review the above return instructions to get the exchange processing.Â
Shipping

Depending on the type of return, we will either provide the shipping label or you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
